Balance changes and low back pain in pregnancy

This trial looks at how changes in posture and balance during pregnancy affect low back pain. If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester and have low back pain, the study will measure your balance and see if exercises can help.

Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 35 years old.
  • You are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
  • You have low back pain during your pregnancy.
  • Your BMI is under 35.
  • You do not have any balance disorders, neurological conditions, leg deformities, vision problems, or cerebrovascular disease.
