Who can take part

  • You are not currently in pain.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You do not have a chronic pain condition or take prescription pain medication regularly.
  • You have no bleeding disorders, do not take blood thinners, and have no metal in your head or eyes.
  • You do not have migraines or persistent headaches.
  • You are not involved in intense physical activities (like heavy lifting or fast bicycling) right now.
