  • Your child must have a confirmed horseshoe kidney (a condition where the kidneys are joined together at the bottom).
  • Your child must be between 0 and 18 years old when they first join the study.
  • You (or your child's guardian) must sign a consent form to allow participation.
  • Your child cannot have been diagnosed with another type of kidney or urinary tract birth defect (such as a different form of CAKUT).
