- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You can speak and understand Turkish.
- You are able to lie flat on your back without any problem.
- You do not have any psychiatric, mental, visual, or hearing issues.
- You have not had surgery on your urinary or reproductive organs, and you are not a woman who has given birth two or more times.
- You have not had a prostate problem (like cancer or enlargement) and are not currently taking painkillers or anxiety medicine.
