Who can take part

  • You are a woman over 18 years old.
  • You have stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise) as your main symptom.
  • You have not had surgery for incontinence before.
  • You do not have a significant pelvic organ prolapse (a bulge in the vagina).
  • You are not taking medications like oxybutynin, tolterodine, or mirabegron for bladder spasms.
  • You do not have a neurological condition that affects bladder function.
