Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 50 years old.
- You have neck pain that has lasted at least 3 months.
- The pain is in your neck only, not spreading to your arms.
- You have a forward head posture (your head is often in front of your shoulders).
- You do not have dizziness, a history of neck injury, fractures, or osteoporosis.
