Who can take part

  • You are between 15 and 27 years old.
  • You have an anterior open bite (your front teeth don't touch) that is 3 to 8 mm deep.
  • You need orthodontic treatment to push your upper back teeth upward with a special bone-anchored appliance.
  • You are generally healthy, have never had braces, and don't have gum disease or tooth-grinding habits.
