  • You are pregnant with one baby
  • Your pregnancy is between 15 and 40 weeks
  • You know your last menstrual period or had an early ultrasound to confirm the due date
  • Your baby has no known birth defects
  • You do not have any medical conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure
