  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with high-grade (grade 3 or 4) serous ovarian cancer, either when first found or when it has come back.
  • You have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
  • Your ovarian tumor is not a different type (like clear cell or endometrioid).
  • You do not have another type of cancer (other than ovarian).
