Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial tests a radioactive treatment (called radiopharmaceutical) that targets a protein called PSMA on kidney cancer cells. It is for people with advanced clear cell kidney cancer that has already been treated with immunotherapy and targeted therapy.

Lu-177 PSMA for advanced kidney cancer

This trial tests a special radiation treatment called Lu-177 PSMA for people with advanced kidney cancer that has continued to grow after at least 2 prior treatments. The goal is to see if this targeted radiation can help shrink tumors and improve symptoms.

PSMA-targeted radioactive therapy for advanced liver cancer

This trial tests a radioactive treatment called 177Lu-PSMA-617 for advanced liver cancer that has not responded to first-line immunotherapy. You need a PSMA-PET scan first to see if your cancer absorbs the treatment.

Study of a targeted radiation therapy for advanced kidney cancer

This trial tests a new drug called 177Lu-TLX250, which delivers radiation directly to kidney cancer cells. It is for people with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma that has returned or not responded to at least 2 prior treatments.

Study of a radioactive drug for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests an extended treatment with a radioactive drug (177Lu-PSMA-617) to see how the body handles it, how safe it is, and how well it works. It is for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who have not had chemotherapy yet.
