  • You are a healthy man or woman over 18 years old.
  • You have just started taking the nutritional supplement being studied.
  • You can use a PC or laptop with internet.
  • You have not taken any vitamin or supplement in the past 3 months.
  • You eat fewer than 4 servings per week of foods with extra B vitamins (like some cereals or energy bars).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not have a neurological condition (like dementia, depression, or anxiety).
