Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed harmful change (pathogenic variant) in the PTEN gene.
  • The patient must be under 18 years old, or you can be an adult relative with the same genetic change.
  • You (or your child's legal guardian) must be willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.
  • You must agree to complete all the tests and check-ups required by the study.
  • You cannot have a non-harmful (benign) or uncertain PTEN change.
