  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You are currently part of a CrossFit® program.
  • You can do breathing muscle training at home 5 days a week.
  • You do not have a muscle, bone, heart, or nerve problem that would stop you from doing CrossFit® or the breathing training.
  • You are not a smoker.
  • You have not done breathing muscle training with a special device in the last month.
