Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have type 2 diabetes and manage it with diet only, oral pills, up to 2 insulin shots a day, or a GLP-1 medication (like Ozempic) you've been on for at least 6 months.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or been in the hospital in the last 6 months.
- You do not have serious health problems like heart failure, liver failure, active cancer, advanced kidney disease, or active foot/eye issues from diabetes.
- You can use YouTube on a mobile phone and use the BruHealth app by yourself.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
