Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with deep infiltrating endometriosis affecting the ovaries, bowel, bladder, or another pelvic organ.
  • You have symptoms such as long-term pelvic pain, painful periods, pain during sex, pain with bowel movements, pain when urinating, or trouble getting pregnant.
  • You are not past menopause.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have cancer or any other abnormal growths in the pelvic area besides endometriomas.
  • You do not have any metal implants or devices that prevent you from having an MRI.
  • You are able to have a transvaginal ultrasound (you are not a virgin or have had it before).
