Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer must have the HER2 protein (HER2-positive or HER2-low) and has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and it has grown despite your last treatment.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be able to lie still for imaging scans and have no other active serious medical conditions (like uncontrolled heart disease or infections).
  • Organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) must be adequate – your doctor will check with blood tests.
