- You are a woman over 18 years old
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer (stages I, II, or IIIa)
- You are either about to start chemotherapy, currently receiving it, or finished it 6 or more months ago
- You are not currently on hormonal therapy
- You have not had a breast cancer relapse and do not have another type of cancer
