- You have been diagnosed with social risk or social isolation by a nurse
- You do not have moderate or severe memory problems (score under 7 on a mental test)
- You can hear well enough to talk in a group (hearing aids may be used)
- You are willing to attend at least 4 out of 5 group sessions and fill out surveys before and after
