Who can take part

  • You are the male partner in a couple with infertility and are scheduled for your first IVF treatment.
  • You have mature sperm cells in your semen.
  • You can speak and read Swedish.
  • You currently eat meat (omnivore) and are willing to avoid alcohol and nicotine during the study.
  • You can provide a sperm sample within 3 weeks before starting the diet changes.
  • You do not have a past or current cancer, pelvic radiation, chemotherapy, a known genetic disorder, or food allergies.
