Who can take part

  • You have dark gums that are not caused by a medical condition.
  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You do not have diabetes, autoimmune diseases, or other health problems that slow healing.
  • You are willing to have laser treatment on your gums.
  • You are a non-smoker, or you quit smoking at least 6 months ago.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking birth control pills, and you are not allergic to methylene blue or nanoparticles.
