Who can take part
- You are a woman between 60 and 80 years old.
- You have not done any regular exercise in the last 3 months.
- You have a type of urine leakage (stress, urge, or mixed) diagnosed by a doctor.
- You can walk without using a cane or walker.
- You do not have serious heart, lung, nerve, or muscle problems that would make exercise unsafe.
