This trial is comparing two different robotic systems (HUGO RAS and Da Vinci) used during surgery for prostate or kidney cancer. If you are scheduled for robot-assisted prostate removal or partial kidney removal, joining this study will help doctors see if one platform works better than the other.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your life expectancy is greater than 10 years.
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer before surgery, or imaging shows kidney cancer confined to the kidney.
- Your doctor approves you for robot-assisted prostate surgery (prostate group) or robot-assisted partial kidney removal (kidney group).
- You do not have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
- You agree to participate and sign a consent form.
