Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have not smoked or used nicotine products (including e-cigarettes) for at least 3 months.
  • Your body weight is between 110 and 220 pounds (50–100 kg) and your BMI is between 18 and 32.
  • You must be generally healthy, with no major medical or mental health conditions, and no history of drug or alcohol abuse in the past 2 years.
  • You cannot take any medications, supplements, or herbal products for 2 weeks before and during the study (except acetaminophen up to 2g/day and hormone therapy).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 30 days after the last dose.
