Part of Injuries & trauma clinical trials.
This trial tests whether using your own fat cells can help heal wounds or burns that need surgery. It is for adults who have had a fasciotomy, full-thickness skin loss, or burns, and are willing to receive a fat graft.

This trial tests if using your own fat cells during scar surgery helps heal better. If you need surgery to release a tight scar, you may be able to receive a fat graft from your own body.
This trial tests whether a “microsurfaced” donor-skin graft can heal deep burn wounds (partial- or full-thickness burns) after recent injury. It may help improve healing when the burn area is large enough and not infected.
This trial tests a procedure called nano-fat grafting—injecting tiny amounts of your own fat into burn scars—to improve their appearance and texture. The study focuses on scars on the chest, shoulders, and back that are less than 6 months old.
This early-stage trial tests a self-assembled, lab-made skin substitute placed on severe burn wounds to help heal them when there aren’t enough donor sites for standard skin grafts. It may help patients with very large burns, but it has specific safety and eligibility limits.
This trial tests adding your own fat tissue beneath a skin graft during penis reconstruction surgery. The fat may help improve the result of the graft.
This trial uses your own fat to fill in facial depressions or defects from an injury or surgery. First, fresh fat is used for grafting, and extra fat is frozen to use later if needed.
