Who can take part

  • You have a cervix and are between 21 and 70 years old.
  • You receive care at a participating primary care practice (you've seen your primary care doctor in the past 3 years).
  • You've had a Pap and/or HPV test in the past 3.5 years.
  • Your most recent screening result shows a risk of developing pre-cancer (CIN3+) that is above average, meaning you need follow-up at 1 or 3 years, a colposcopy, or treatment.
