Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and able to give consent.
- Your cancer is advanced (stage IV) and has spread. (If you have melanoma, earlier stages may also be accepted.)
- Your cancer must be one of these types: melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, colon cancer with BRAF mutation or MSI, triple-negative breast cancer, ovarian cancer, or cholangiocarcinoma.
- You have not had immunotherapy or targeted therapy before for your cancer.
- You have a tumor sample (biopsy) taken within the last 2 years that can be used for testing, and you have no untreated brain metastases.
