Who can take part

  • Be a healthy male between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) and have a body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 26.
  • Have had regular bowel movements (at least once every 1-2 days) for the past 3 months.
  • Agree to use effective birth control and not donate sperm during the study and for 6 months after.
  • Not have taken part in any other drug trial in the last 3 months.
  • No known allergies to any drug or food, and no history of drug abuse.
