- You are a woman between 51 and 70 years old and have gone through menopause (no periods for at least 12 months).
- You are not allergic to dairy, eggs, fish, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, wheat, gluten, or other listed foods.
- Your weight has been stable (within 5%) for the past 6 months, and you are not on a weight-loss or weight-gain diet.
- You have not had cancer, weight-loss surgery, colon surgery, chronic kidney disease, or fat malabsorption.
- You are willing to drink the study smoothies, complete health surveys and food diaries, and provide blood, urine, and stool samples.
- You are not regularly taking antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, weight-loss drugs, or laxatives, and you can avoid intense exercise (more than 4 hours per day) during the study.
