Who can take part

  • You must be between 19 and 50 years old.
  • Your weight must be between 110 and 198 pounds (50 to 90 kg).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You must test negative for Helicobacter pylori (a stomach bacteria).
  • You must be able to tolerate a small tube (pH monitor) placed in your stomach.
