  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have had cancer (any type).
  • You are feeling down or depressed right now (a score of 8 or more on a depression questionnaire).
  • You are not currently in therapy or counseling for depression.
  • You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for video calls and an app called Moodivate.
  • You have a working email address or can get text messages for study updates.
