- You finished your main cancer treatment at least 6 months ago.
- You have significant anxiety, depression, or a strong fear of cancer returning.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You live in one of these Swedish regions: Stockholm, Västra Götaland, or Skåne.
- You have a device (like a phone or computer) with internet and can use it for a text-based program.
- You are not currently in another type of psychological therapy.
