Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old with a body weight of at least 99 pounds (45 kg).
- You have been diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa for at least 6 months.
- You have at least 4 painful lumps or abscesses under the skin right now.
- Prior treatments for HS haven't worked well enough or you can't take them.
- You are willing to avoid pregnancy for 6 months after the last dose.
- You do not have certain other skin conditions, active infections, serious heart problems, or recent cancer.
