Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 6 and 36 months old.
  • Your child must have been exposed to alcohol before birth (confirmed by your doctor or clinic).
  • Your child must have a developmental delay or be considered at risk for one by a therapist or doctor.
  • You must be the child's legal guardian (biological, foster, adoptive, or other) and at least 18 years old.
  • Your child cannot have a known genetic condition (like Down syndrome) or autism, or a serious medical condition that would limit participation (like severe vision or hearing loss, uncontrolled seizures, or planned surgery).
