- You are 18 years or older
- You have been on hemodialysis for at least 6 months
- You are able to read, understand, and communicate in Turkish
- Your fluid gain between dialysis sessions is no more than 5% of your dry weight
- You do not have a serious lung condition (e.g., COPD, asthma)
- You have no significant hearing or vision loss
