  • You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic functional constipation (Rome 4 criteria)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You do not have neurological conditions like Parkinson's or multiple sclerosis
  • You do not have uncontrolled thyroid, diabetes, or other metabolic issues
  • You have not had recent surgery or treatment on your belly, back, or pelvis
