Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 7 and 10 years old.
  • They must use screens (TV, phone, tablet, or computer) for more than 2 hours on a weekday.
  • They must also use screens for more than 3 hours on a weekend day.
  • They should not have had any orthopedic (bone or joint) surgery in the past 6 months.
  • Your child's balance and motor skills must be within a healthy range (tested by the study team).
