  • You are 21 years old or older.
  • You are having a planned (not emergency) surgery that requires anesthesia.
  • You are in generally good health or have mild to moderate medical conditions (classified ASA I–III).
  • You can understand and speak English, Chinese (Mandarin), Malay, or Tamil.
  • You are willing to use a computer chatbot and answer questionnaires about your care.
