Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 85 years old
- You have had a colorectal adenoma in the past, OR a first-degree relative has had colorectal cancer or adenoma
- You have gastrointestinal symptoms (like abdominal pain, bloody stool, chronic diarrhea, or unexplained weight loss), OR a positive stool test for hidden blood
- You are not currently taking blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (like aspirin or clopidogrel)
- You have not had previous colorectal surgery, and you do not have inflammatory bowel disease or other specific conditions
- You are willing to participate and give your informed consent
