Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have regular periods (every 22 to 35 days) that last no longer than 7 days.
  • You have symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) that are significant (based on a standard scale).
  • You are not pregnant and do not use hormonal birth control.
  • You do not have any other gynecological or psychiatric condition, or chronic illness in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have any foot wounds, infections, or history of foot surgery.
