  • Surgery was done between June 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026.
  • The surgery was at a center that does more than 30 colon cancer surgeries per year.
  • You had tests to check the MMR proteins or MSI status on a sample from your tumor.
  • You have signed a consent form allowing use of your medical records.
