- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with chronic, mechanical (not from a specific injury) low back pain
- You are able to swallow tablets
- You are not pregnant, do not have a pacemaker, and do not have active cancer
- You have not had back surgery or a back fracture
- You have not done a back exercise or manual therapy program in the last 3 months
