Who can take part

  • You are 65 or older and staying in the rehabilitation unit for at least 3 weeks.
  • Your memory and thinking are fairly good (score of 20 or higher on a simple memory test).
  • You are able to see and hear well enough to use a VR headset.
  • You do not have epilepsy or get dizzy/nauseous easily from VR.
  • You have health insurance and are not getting reflexology or massage treatments.
