Who can take part

  • You are over 40 years old
  • You are transgender or non-binary (your gender is different from the one assigned at birth)
  • You still have your prostate
  • You have been taking estradiol or anti-androgens for at least 3 months, or have had your testicles removed (orchidectomy) at any time
  • You are eligible for NHS care
  • You have never had prostate cancer, prostate surgery, or prostate radiotherapy
