- You are 18 or older and were diagnosed with stage I, II, or III breast cancer on or after September 1, 2023.
- Your doctor has prescribed hormone therapy (like tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) after surgery.

- You own a smartphone that can run the Sidekick app and are willing to use it for the study.
