Myofascial release for text neck pain
Part of Pain clinical trials.
This study tests a hands-on therapy called myofascial release to see if it can quickly ease neck pain and related symptoms from 'text neck' (pain from using devices too much). If you are a young adult who spends a lot of time on your phone and has neck pain, you might be a good fit.
