Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 39 years old.
  • You have limited movement in your upper back (less than 20 degrees of forward bending, 25 degrees of backward bending, 20 degrees of side bending, or 35 degrees of rotation).
  • You have not had spine surgery or a spinal fusion.
  • You do not have certain spine conditions like ankylosing spondylitis, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, or a recent fracture.
  • You can attend all therapy sessions regularly.
