Who can take part
- You are 18 to 50 years old
- You are having surgery to remove endometriosis or a hysterectomy (with or without removing your ovaries or other affected areas)
- You have endometriosis or adenomyosis confirmed by a tissue sample after surgery
- You are not past menopause (whether naturally or from surgery)
- You have not had a hysterectomy or both ovaries removed before this study starts
- You can provide a pain score before surgery and will be followed for at least 6 months after
