  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis for at least 3 months, with mild to moderate symptoms.
  • You had a colonoscopy within the last 2 years.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 40.
  • You are not currently taking antibiotics or probiotics, and you haven't had diarrhea or vomiting in the past month.
