Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that was confirmed by a biopsy or similar test.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • You have not had certain cancer treatments within the last month (or for a specific drug's half-life).
  • You have not had major surgery in the last month, radiotherapy in the last 3 weeks, or strong immune-suppressing drugs recently.
  • You have not been treated with a CDH17-targeted therapy before.
  • You have not had another type of cancer in the last 5 years, except for some very early skin or cervical cancers.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
