Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Men must weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg) and women at least 100 lbs (45 kg), with a healthy weight for your height.
  • If you or your partner can become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during the study and for 3 months after, and not plan to donate sperm or eggs.
  • You cannot have serious allergies, chronic illnesses (like heart, liver, or kidney disease), or recent health problems.
  • You cannot be taking any medications or supplements (including certain drugs that interact with the study drug) in the weeks before the trial.
